Delete your ScoopHQ Field account

Field technicians can ask for their login and location history to be removed at any time.

From the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete my account, then Request deletion.

The request goes to your office immediately. You can keep working until it is processed.

Without the app

Email support@scoophq.app from the email address on file, or text your office, and say you want your field-app account deleted. We confirm the request with your office before acting on it.

What is deleted, and when

• Within 30 days: your login, push tokens and device records, and all individual location points.
• Kept by the company: shift times and mileage totals used for payroll, and stop records (status, photos, notes) that belong to the client's service history. The company retains these under its own records policy; they no longer link to a login.
